Humankind and time have a turbulent relationship. Aware of its mortality, human is always in a race with the flowing time: While his body is continuously in a rush with the fear of missing out, his mind runs between his past regrets, his present longing and his future plans and fears.
Within all these chaos, human wants deeply to enjoy the present moment and to let go with the flow What does it mean to live the moment for humankind who can only understand time as a linear and flowing concept? What is the relationship between being and doing states with time? How do we experience these states in our bodies? How can we become more fluid?
